Quo vadis, Dance truth?

This is beginning to be too much for me... Honestly!

Obviously these young men are being taught to be great circus performers but who is developing with them their artistic skills? Who is telling them about Ballets? Music? Librettos? History? Who is talking to them about Art? Telling them to visit not only Ballets but also Operas, Concerts, Museums? Who is finding this "New World" with them?

With no formation they'll end up asking "Is Onegin a woman's or a man's name?", "Who is Mercutio?" and writting about the ballets they are working in as "Corsair" and about their characters as "Zigfrid" -  Unfortunately I have experienced all those examples, I am, honestly, not making this up...

This makes me VERY afraid. Dance, Quo vadis?
