Be Welcome.

Here it is all about dance - contemplated from many different angles - and about looking at things differently.

Ballet vs. Musicals vs. Contemporary vs. Modern and vs. Experimental?

Ballet vs. Musicals vs. Contemporary vs. Modern and vs. Experimental?

I never understood why "Brazilian Kids", who love ballet, never consider such "jewels" (like the one Fred Astaire and Vera Ellen are giving here to us) as "Art". They are thought to consider themselves the representatives of the “legitimate Art”… And this is very near to Absurdity!

I remember a (now) forgotten Brazilian "Prima Ballerina" who always (very snobbishly) turned her nose up at the very thought of it... Well, meanwhile, in a country with such a short artistic memory, she has been more than completely forgotten. So was her short career.

The poor thing is still "trying" to teach somewhere in Rio, but don’t people still watch, cherish and admire Astaire & Ellen? In films, Books, videos, DVDs and in libraries?

“Pseudo Artists” forget that all Art forms are connected. There is no place for being prejudiced!

Every artist should be a free-thinker, and totally unprejudiced!

Think of that!
