Bob Fosse: Style

Just a few weeks ago, I published a video from a film in which Mr Fosse was still dancing. One of his first choreographies. I remember saying something about “when finding something good, he surely did stick to it”, and I meant “Derbies”, turned-in feet and legs, “Chaplin”, etc.

Well, these two pictures (Carol Haney, “The Pajama Game”, 1954 and Gwen Verdon, “Redhead”, 1959 - BOTH Broadway landmarks) prove my point. Precisely. Fabulous!
